Job Description – Cultivation Technician

Job Title: Cultivation Technician

Pay: $19/hour | Weekly pay

Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overtime: Available, but not mandatory

Requirements & Preferred Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Yearly background check required
• Prior experience isn’t required — we’re happy to train motivated, reliable people who are ready to learn.
• Preferred background: Candidates with landscaping or restaurant experience often bring adaptability, focus, and comfort working in fast-moving, ever-changing environments—qualities that fit well here.

Primary Responsibilities

• Care for cannabis plants through daily tasks such as watering, pruning, trimming, and inspecting.
• Support harvest operations, including offloading, cutting, hanging, and sanitizing.
• Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, trimming, and milling.
• Reload flower rooms and dispose of cannabis waste in strict compliance with regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the grow facility and equipment.
• Accurately weigh, track, and document materials and progress through each stage of cultivation.
• Ensure all data is recorded clearly and in accordance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Perform duties in varying temperature and lighting conditions—climate-controlled rooms may differ depending on plant needs, so a change of clothes is recommended for comfort during the shift.
