This is a full-time, on-site role for a Camera Operator located in Footscray, VIC. The Camera Operator will be responsible for operating cameras (static and dynamic), managing lighting for shoots, and collaborating with the production team on creating engaging video and TV productions. Additional tasks include monitoring equipment functionality, ensuring high-quality visual output, and maintaining professional standards in video production processes.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and experience handling professional cameras confidently
- Understanding of Lighting techniques and equipment for dynamic and high-quality video production
- Knowledge of Video Production processes, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production
- Experience in TV Production or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively onsite with a creative team and adapt to the dynamic needs of filming projects
- Relevant certification or degree in videography, cinematography, or a related field is a plus
- Passion for video storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
