At O'Connell Motor Freight, you're not expected to figure everything out alone. You'll train one-on-one with an experienced mentor, gain real-world driving experience, and move into your own assigned truck once you're ready.
Here's what you can expect:
- $850/week during paid training
- Your own assigned truck after training
- Earn $1,600-$1,800 per week as a solo driver
- Weekly or bi-weekly home time
- No-touch dry van freight

- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL School Graduate
- Minimum 120 Hours of Training
- Meet DOT Requirements
- Satisfactory driving record
