We are currently hiring CDL-A OTR drivers for a 1099 position running a mix of dry van and reefer freight.
This position offers strong weekly mileage, newer fully loaded equipment, and consistent OTR freight with no NYC routes.
Compensation
- Dry van: $2,200 weekly
- Reefer: $2,400 weekly
- Average weekly mileage: 3,200 miles
- Detention pay
- Layover pay
Freight details
- Dry van freight is approximately 70% drop-and-hook
- Reefer freight includes live loads and unloads
- No NYC routes
Equipment
Drivers operate 2024–2027 automatic Volvos and Freightliner Cascadias. Trucks are fully loaded and equipped with APUs and inverters.
Schedule
- Minimum 2 weeks out
- 2 days home
- Florida drivers must stay out 4 weeks out

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1.5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer OTR driving experience within the past 3 years
- Clean MVR
- Must meet hiring and DOT requirements
