Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Personal Banker for a full-time, on-site position in Athens, GA. In this role, you will provide exceptional personalized service to customers by assisting with their financial needs, such as opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, and offering financial advice. You will identify opportunities to recommend bank products and services, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of the bank. You will also assist with troubleshooting account issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to banking regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of banking concepts, account management, and financial products
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, and sales
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with banking software and familiarity with financial data systems
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a personal banker or similar role in the banking sector is highly advantageous
