We’re looking for an Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to our Company Owner and leadership team, helping to ensure seamless operations, strong communication, and alignment across all
business functions.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to Ownership and Executives.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, itineraries, and daily briefings.
- Draft, edit, and manage communications on behalf of Ownership.
- Serve as the liaison between Ownership, leadership, and external partners.
- Prepare for and support EOS processes, including Level 10 meetings, Rocks, and To-Dos.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal matters.
- Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, and special projects.
- Anticipate needs, identify efficiencies, and implement improvements to support business operations.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience supporting executives or business owners in a fast-paced organization.
- Knowledge of EOS tools and meeting rhythms (Level 10s, Scorecards, Rocks).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional presence and the ability to represent Ownership with integrity and discretion.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation for daily on-site work in Middleboro, MA, and occasional off-site tasks.
