Job description:
Performs a wide variety of skilled tasks involved in building and equipment
maintenance; performs related work as required.
Primary responsibilities include;
Troubleshooting and fabricating equipment, repairs for production processes, including forklifts, material handling equipment, pumps, air compressors, boilers, pipefitting & threading, Welding skills required. MIG TIG or ARC. Using industrial paint sprayer for walls / ceilings, equipment
Completes checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Fork Lift experience required
Job Type: Full-time
First shift position: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Monday - Friday
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
