Compensation: $22.50 per hour Tips (Non-Exempt Employee)
The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for providing seamless service and creating exceptional guest experiences at the 300 room hotel W West Beverly Hills. As the face of In-Room Dining, you’ll deliver elevated dining directly to guest rooms while embodying the style, energy, and luxury standards of the W brand.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a welcoming and approachable point of contact for guest needs and questions
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, recipes, and hotel offerings
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and proper food handling at all times
- Prepare, deliver, and pick up guest orders promptly, accurately, and with polished service
- Set up and maintain work areas for opening, mid-shift, and closing according to checklists and needs for shifts
- Assist guests with food & beverage inquiries and recommendations
- Communicate guest needs beyond the food & beverage scope to supervisors promptly
- 1 years of hospitality experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
