We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Financial Solutions Account Associate to be the linchpin in our financial solutions team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for clear communication, this role is perfect for you!
No Insurance background or qualifications are required. We provide on the job training, with supportive team members, and career mentorship.

The Role
What You'll Do:
· Be the Go-To Expert: Collaborate with agents, carriers, and team members to submit, manage and place life insurance products. Your day will be filled with processing new applications, updating agents, and handling various questions related to life insurance.
· Tackle Case Management: Push individual cases along by clearing requirements, communicating with agents and carriers to understand the items needed to place a case, and ensure every detail is spot on!
· Assist & Advise: Help agents by providing quotes for individual clients, options for cases that need to move to new carriers and advising on any questions they along the way for the multiple carriers we work with.
· Keep Everything in Check: Maintain up-to-date records, communicate compliance requirements, and ensure smooth data and business communications for agents.
· Build Strong Connections: Create meaningful relationships with agents, carriers, and their staff to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
