This leadership role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with Marriott brand standards.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting team development and hotel performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.Ensure exceptional guest service and address guest concerns or escalations professionally.Support team leadership including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.Monitor hotel performance including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and operational costs.Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies.Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development.Support financial controls including payroll, expenses, and departmental budgets.Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property environment.Step in to support operational departments when needed, including front desk coverage.Assist with audits, inspections, and brand compliance programs.QualificationsPrevious hotel management or supervisory experience required (Front Office or Operations preferred).Marriott experience strongly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Experience with hotel systems such as FOSSE, MGS, or similar PMS systems preferred.Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.BenefitsCompetitive salary ($55,000 – $60,000)Marriott hotel travel discountsOpportunities for career growth within hospitality managementSupportive and team-oriented work environmentApply TodayJoin a team that is committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences every day.
