Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly
- Registers and processes guests upon arrival and departure
- Demonstratestelephone courtesy and professionalism
- Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
- Maintains clean and professional appearance ofpublic areas and hotel office
- Uses appropriateselling techniques to maximizerevenue and occupancy
- Completes daily management operations reports
- Ensures all guest accounts are complete and accurate
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area
- Complies with the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies
- Assists in monitoring andupholding procedures for safety of guests and hotel team members
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
- Delivers amenities and general assistance to guests as requested
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hotel Front Desk or Night Auditor experience
Schedule
- REQUIRED: The Night Auditor role is a part-time position (16-30 hours) that will require two overnight (11pm-7am) shifts per week, with the possibility of limited/occasional shifts when our full-time Night Auditor has requested days off.
- There is a potential for additional Front Desk shifts of 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm in order to reach full-time hours, if desired. This will be discussed during the interview process.
