Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly
- Prepares condiments for appropriate garnishment of beverages
- Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions
- Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed
- Prepares beverages according to standard operating procedures
- Operates restaurant and bar related equipment including the cash register, point of sale system and telephone
- Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients
- Operates three compartment sinks or dish tank for cleaning glassware
- Maintains hand soap and hand towels at hand wash stations
- Processes payment transactions following established procedures
- Identifies when a customer has reached his/her alcohol consumption limit
- Stocks and maintains beer, wine, and liquor inventories to ensure efficient operations
- Assists in monitoring and?upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members??
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency?
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
