We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Access, Revenue Cycle & Digital Solutions to lead the technology strategy and execution behind some of healthcare's most critical functions: patient access, digital engagement, revenue cycle operations, and enterprise clinical systems.

This executive leader will partner closely with the CIO, operational executives, physicians, and business leaders to shape the future of how patients interact with Ochsner, how caregivers deliver care, and how technology advances our mission.

As Vice President, Access, Revenue Cycle & Digital Solutions, you will oversee the strategic direction, implementation, optimization, and innovation of enterprise platforms that support:

What You'll Lead

Enterprise Technology Strategy

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for access, revenue cycle, and digital technology platforms
• Align technology investments with organizational growth initiatives and business objectives
• Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies, digital transformation opportunities, and operational innovation
• Partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide modernization efforts

Digital Transformation & Consumer Experience

• Lead initiatives that create seamless digital experiences for patients and caregivers
• Advance technologies that improve access to care, engagement, convenience, and satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and digital innovation
• Ensure technology solutions support exceptional patient-centered care

Revenue Cycle & Operational Excellence

• Partner with operational leaders to optimize revenue cycle technologies and workflows
• Drive system enhancements that improve efficiency, financial performance, and scalability
• Lead technology strategies supporting registration, scheduling, authorization, billing, collections, and related functions
• Ensure operational priorities are effectively translated into technology solutions

Clinical & Enterprise Systems Leadership

• Provide executive oversight for critical healthcare technology platforms
• Support system-wide initiatives that improve clinical efficiency and service delivery
• Ensure technology environments remain secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives
• Promote best practices in governance, risk management, compliance, and technology operations

Leadership & Talent Development

• Build and lead high-performing teams focused on innovation, collaboration, and service excellence
• Develop future IT leaders through mentoring, coaching, and succession planning
• Foster strong partnerships across operational, clinical, and executive teams
• Champion a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

The Executive We're Looking For

You are a strategic healthcare technology leader who can connect business priorities with innovative technology solutions. You understand the complexities of large health systems and excel at building relationships across clinical, operational, and executive environments.

You bring:

• Proven success leading large-scale healthcare technology organizations
• Deep understanding of patient access, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations
• Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Ability to influence across complex stakeholder groups
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology
• Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care

Preferred Experience

• Leadership within integrated healthcare delivery systems
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation and optimization experience
• Revenue cycle transformation initiatives
• Digital patient engagement platforms
• Consumer healthcare technology solutions
• Enterprise technology strategy and governance
• Large-scale program and portfolio leadership

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10 years of leadership experience managing complex healthcare information systems

OR

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 8 years of relevant leadership experience

Preferred

• Master's degree
• Experience leading enterprise EMR initiatives and healthcare digital transformation programs
