This job creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements in the Program. This job identifies resources needed and manages day-to-day operational aspects of the Programs and updates the team on a regular basis. Education
Required - Registered Nurse Diploma
Preferred - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Work Experience
Required - 5 years nursing experience.
1 year supervisory experience
Certifications
Required - Current RN License in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Preferred - Certification in clinical specialty area

- Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.

Job Duties
- Manages implementation timelines, ongoing clinical and technical support, and development of site-specific education and improvement strategies.
- Conducts system and process reviews on targeted operational and service functions to validate or recommend implementation opportunities to improve productivity, customer service and/or quality of operations.
- Serves as a liaison to regulatory agencies and community partners and participates in meetings, conferences, in-services, as required.
- Serves as a team lead.
- Chairs committees as assigned.
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.
