Ochsner Medical Center - North Shore is a full-service, 165-bed acute care hospital that includes a 24-hour emergency room and the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on the North Shore. The hospital specializes in surgical and cardiac care, pediatric intensive care, physical therapy and rehabilitation and sleep disorders.
As a suburb of New Orleans, the North Shore region, offers a family oriented community with the amenities of New Orleans just 30 minutes away. The North Shore is known for the many festivals, parks, and community events throughout the year. Opportunity Details
- The position is in the North Shore Anesthesia group which covers Covington ASC, Slidell East, Slidell Main, and Hancock. Coverage includes basic Peds, OB, and Cardiac.
- Candidates must be BC/BE in Anesthesiology
- Physicians with experience or directly from training are welcomed to apply
- Must be comfortable working with community and Ochsner surgeons and proceduralists and
- Requires a commitment to using comprehensive electronic medical records (Epic)
