Echo Sonographer

• Perform echocardiograms including transthoracic, stress, and TEE studies.
• Prepare and position patients and explain procedures.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high‑quality cardiac images.
• Document measurements and provide preliminary findings to cardiologists.
• Ensure patient safety and follow imaging protocols.
• Maintain equipment and accurate patient records.
