Role Description
- ·Own and manage the product roadmap for enterprise finance systems, ensuring alignment with strategic business and financial objectives.
- Act as Product Owner for finance platforms, including hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FI/CO modules.
- Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders (Controlling, GL, AP, AR, Treasury) to define system enhancements and reporting needs.
- Leverage data analysis to evaluate financial performance, improve reporting models, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in Agile environments.
- Conduct comprehensive business and financial system reviews to identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to deliver scalable, compliant finance solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and financial controls within enterprise systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, operational efficiency, and enhanced user experience for finance teams.
- Provide executive-level reporting and presentations on system performance, roadmap progress, and financial impact.
