The Desktop Analyst will assist the Systems and Networks Manager in maintaining end user solutions. The position
reports directly to the Sr. Desktop Analyst and Systems and Networks Manager.
Job Expectations—
Required: An Associate Degree in a relevant field with 3-years of experience.
Desired: Bachelor’s degree with more than 3-years of experience.
Work Hours— only one should be selected

Job Expectations—
- Manage and mentor Desktop Analysts and Associates
- Deployed all end user equipment
- Image desktop and laptops
- Provide advanced hardware and software support to end users
- Structured Ethernet and Fiber cabling
- Work closely with all ITS groups
- HIPAA compliance
- Any other functions deemed necessary by the hospital
