The Vision

The Wild Collective is a sports fashion business built on the idea that walls are meant to be broken down and rules…well rules are made by the trailblazers, and we blaze them fast. Boldness is our motto, crossing boundaries is our game, and authenticity is a must! As a team, we collaborate, stay agile, and pivot to stay ahead of the constant evolution in sports fashion.

Our Culture & Our Team – at our core we are all professionals. Which means we treat each other with respect and kindness, act responsibly, stay flexible, nimble, avoid the drama, and we own our areas (we are the SMEs of what we do). Our Creator-In-Chief, Whitney Bansin, started this business with the idea that you can be a sports fan while having unique style, and our employees embrace that philosophy in all that we do.

We are the Wild Co – by joining this team you are telling us you’re ready to color outside the lines, follow your instincts, self-motivate, self-regulate, ruffle some feathers, and use your creative freedom to drive us towards success.

The Role

If you’re the kind of person who loves turning complexity into clarity, this role will feel like home. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Purchasing & Procurement Specialist to own the flow of product data, orders, and operational communication across our ERP system, retail partners, and warehouse teams. You’ll be the backbone of our purchasing pipeline – ensuring accuracy, speed, and seamless execution from SKU creation to final shipment.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for keeping our systems aligned and our partners informed, including:

  • Managing product data and workflows in iSync (ERP): SKU creation, spreadsheets, UPC updates, sales order releases, PPOs, pick tickets, and error resolution
  • Submitting and approving UPCs with factories and maintaining clean, accurate product records
  • Working across major retailer platforms to accept POs, route orders, upload testing results, and maintain product imagery
  • Monitoring fraud orders, cancelling and updating systems as needed
  • Providing responsive, professional communication to clients - email, phone, and shipping updates
  • Collaborating closely with our warehouse to resolve shortages/overages, track shipments, and coordinate seasonal staffing needs
  • Creating PSF spreadsheets and supporting buyers with timely, accurate data
  • Managing league hang tag orders
  • Maintaining seasonal artwork in Google Buy
  • Acting as a communication hub between purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to keep everything moving on schedule

This role is more than just processing orders – our Purchasing & Procurement Specialist ensures that every product, every shipment, and every partner interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This work directly impacts our operational success, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.

Your Experience

First, you must love what you do. Our culture is one that embraces the individual’s creativity and plays off their strengths – you’ll be the subject matter expert in this area, if you don’t love it this isn’t the job for you. Other things we’ll look for:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement is required, with direct experience working direct with warehouses being a plus
  • Previous experience with any ERP system (iSync is a bonus, but not required)
  • Experience creating SKUs, managing product data, and maintaining clean accurate records
