Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Position Overview:
The Distribution Manager is responsible for managing the US Portfolio sales of Group products within the United States. The Distribution Manager is also responsible for the product distribution strategy, managing the public safety and military account executive team members, and creating opportunities for The Ocenco Group product sales within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the Product Distribution Strategy to include the following
- Appropriate stocking levels at the distributor
- Geographic placement and securing distribution centers
- Geographic placement and securing of 1st stage service centers
- Training and Certification Strategy for each Distributor
- Agreement on Importing Status
- Create and Execute Enablement Strategy at the distributor to drive sales
- Create and Execute Marketing Strategy at the distributor
- Develop the sales resourcing agreements at the distributor
- Expansion into geographies and municipality types within the distributor portfolio
- Partner with the distributor to arrange Demo days and find creative ways to access the municipality portfolio.
- Create opportunities for sale of Group Products
- Must be located at US Ocenco Location
- Manage Public Safety and Military Account Executive Teams
- Drive CRM and KPI approach
- Day to Day management of the team
- Drive collaboration between sales approach and distributors/resellers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree is preferred.
- Experience in sales management preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with effective planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems at an intermediate level.
- Ability to travel domestically within the United States.
- Experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce)
