OCEC Foundation is looking for a licensed clinical psychotherapist to join our team. Our clinicians participate in supervision, case conferences, and on-going trainings. We also provide our clinicians with bimonthly group psychotherapy consultation and psychoanalytic case consultation. This is an exciting position that incorporates interesting clinical work and opportunities for study of varied clinical techniques. We also utilize an experiential therapy model that puts our clinical work in the context of activities. The clinical psychotherapist provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to a small caseload of young children and adolescents. We utilize a treatment team approach and provide our clients with support in the areas of academics, executive functioning, life skills, wellness, and therapeutic work. Job Duties and Responsibilities Licensed Clinical Staff are responsible for the following:· Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy daily· Complete diagnostic intakes on admission and discharge summaries on graduation· Complete supportive clinical notes and treatment plans· Work with the program director in the admission discharge and service planning of clients and assist the program director with hiring training and supervising all direct care staff.· Maintain rapport with other treatment providers of each resident concerning their care. Requirements: Must have LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, etc. Licensure must be active, valid in OhioExperience working with clients who have been exposed to trauma, PTSD and a variety of mental disorders;Experience documenting clinical/progress notes in an electronic health record ( EHR) system;Be willing to perform other duties as assigned by Clinical DirectorSchedule - Monday through FridayCompany DescriptionOne Child Every Chance Foundation (OCEC) is a leading CARF accredited residential behavioral health program serving children, teens, and young adults in Cleveland, Ohio.
