Registered Dietitian (RD)

Registered Dietitian (RD) Job Summary:
Must have 1 year of healthcare experience with nursing home experience preferred.
Must be proficient in EMR with Sigma experience preferred.
Knowledge of MealTracker is a plus.
Must be able to type & use computer programs proficiently (i.e., Microsoft Word).
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to complete nutrition assessments, provide diet education & attend care plan meetings of assigned residents with clinically complex diagnoses.
Must be able to work well with the interdisciplinary team & exhibit strong communication skills.
Ensure the resident's plan of care is in place and carried out in its entirety.
Assist with discharge planning.

Must be a Registered Dietitian
Part time Day shift Only, 20-30 hours per week.
Salary: Up to $48/hr based on experience
