What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Client Representative position at Oceanview Landscape Inc?
Responsibilities

Prospect and Cultivate new business opportunities, and nurture existing client relationships to achieve 100% renewals of each account within the customer portfolio.

Collaborate closely with our talented landscape design and maintenance teams. You’ll be the liaison, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution.

Develop and maintain long-term, loyal client relationships.

Develop and maintain a schedule of customer contact and perform “site walk-throughs” and formal meetings with customers that ensure high quality and service expectations are met.

Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.

Lead and facilitate the resolution of customer problems or concerns. Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed. Proactively manage properties by inspecting and locating problems before the customer brings them to our attention.

Responsible for maximizing work opportunities and achieving work order sales that meet branch goals. Identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue.

Responsible for accurate estimates and takeoffs as needed.

Network and support cross-selling initiatives and assist other branches on new sales opportunities.

Responsible for the timely collection of money on any sold work.

Provide in-field instructions to staff to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Mentor and train junior staff on technical elements of the profession including horticulture, sales, estimating, pruning, etc.

Proficient in lawn and tree care products, addressing issues, and implementing treatments.

Assist in coordinating the scheduling of maintenance crews and enhancement crews

Be responsive and supply the crews with the equipment and materials for their daily tasks

Address customer complaints promptly

Use the Aspire Software for timesheets, scheduling, receipts, etc.

Attend client and company meetings.

Be able to approve daily work tickets, and control over time.

Be familiar with our work standards.

Facilitate communication with subcontractors and schedule their work.
