Responsibilities
- Install LVP flooring with precision and efficiency
- Perform basic carpentry (baseboards, shoe molding)
- Support tile installation projects
- Handle light plumbing and electrical as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in flooring, carpentry, or related trades
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physically able to handle labor tasks (lifting, bending, kneeling)
- Reliable transportation across Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa Counties
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Tile installation experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and adapt on job sites
- Ready to start immediately
