What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Review completed HVAC installations and service work for code compliance, safety, and quality
- Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective solutions
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to field technicians
- Verify system performance, airflow, refrigerant charge, and control operation
- Ensure all work meets Oceanside Services’ quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices
- Document findings clearly, accurately, and professionally
- Represent Oceanside Services with a customer‑first, solutions‑focused approach
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of hands‑on residential HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic expertise
- Deep knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and control systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, non‑routine technical issues
- Strong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
- EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to elite workmanship
- Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and calm
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
