Full-time Outpatient Staff Therapist - PHP
Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA is an 86 bed acute-care Joint Commission Accredited psychiatric hospital that offers care for adults dealing with mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders. Position Summary
Education: Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field, ex. Social Work or Professional Counseling, required
Experience: Two (2) years of experience working with clinical multidisciplinary teams, preferred. Two (2) years direct practice experience, with at least one (1) year experience working with behavioral health populations in an outpatient setting, preferred. Clinical training in evidenced-based treatment modalities required.
Certification/License: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); full clinical licensure. Licensure, as determined by the State, required to complete the essential job functions of the position required.

Position Summary
- Conducts long term group therapy (Partial Hospitalization Program), individual therapy, and family therapy as needed.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments for placement in the program.
- Provide services as a member of the multidisciplinary team and as directed by the attending physician, the Clinical Supervisor and the development of the patient’s treatment plan.
- Offer safe discharge and/or next steps for those graduating or not able to participate in treatment.
