Porter – Join the Ocean Management Team
Ocean Management is looking for a dedicated, hardworking Porter to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in keeping our apartment communities clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and enjoys doing the job the right way.
As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, including common areas, grounds, hallways, and other shared spaces. You will also assist with general property upkeep and help ensure our residents have a clean and welcoming place to call home.

Qualifications:
- Previous porter, janitorial, or property maintenance experience is a plus.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, walking, bending, and working outdoors when needed.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
