What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Oceanic Linkways Inc?
Oceanic Linkways is looking for individuals interested in joining our Warehouse Team! Our warehouse facility has recently expanded and we have immediate openings for Warehouse Associates to help bring our orders to our customers.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read and speak basic English
- Attention to Detail is key
- Associates must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Operating carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment to move large quantities of merchandise
- Operating powered industrial equipment: Special training is offered to associates based on interest and availability
Job Duties involve, but not limited to:
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
- Picking and filling orders from stock
- Packing and shipping orders
- Managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse
- Unloading/loading trucks
Experience in warehouse work is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
