What the Role Involves

• Providing outpatient mental health therapy in our West Columbia office
• Treating a diverse caseload aligned with your strengths and clinical interests
• Maintaining a full-time schedule with flexibility built in
• Working alongside a team that believes in communication, ethical practice, and mutual support
• Complying with standard licensure and background requirements

What We Offer Clinicians

• Autonomy with support: You set your schedule while we handle scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and administrative tasks
• W-2 employment: Enjoy employee status with payroll taxes withheld, without the added tax responsibilities of independent contracting. This is a pay-per-session position, not a salaried role. Compensation is based on completed client sessions, with no cap on earnings. Your income reflects the number of clients you see.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
