Duties
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficient and friendly service using property management systems (PMS)
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and resolving guest inquiries promptly
- Support front desk operations by handling guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a customer-centric approach
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff during overnight shifts
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency and accountability
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and uphold hotel standards
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as IQWare
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication and relations, but not required
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and hotel safety standards
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems confidently
- Experience working in resort environments or with hotel experience that emphasizes guest relations and hospitality excellence
