Responsibilities
- Implement an effective SUBSAFE/DSS program, which follows the guidelines of the QA Manual, and all documentation and requirements associated with the program.
- Review program document changes, assessing the impact on the operations and procedures, and proposing changes to QA Manual and procedures.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities set forth in the QA Manual, including reviewing and resolving all SUBSAFE issues, advising production and QA personnel on SUBSAFE/DSS matter
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Naval Architecture, or similar) from an accredited college or university; or five (5) years’ experience managing quality programs in lieu of an Engineering Degree.
- Minimum three (3) years’ practical experience with quality programs, quality inspection, and/or quality control involving SUBSAFE or DSS Programs.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience performing quality reviews
