Position Summary
The Quality Intern serves hands-on, real-world tasks and projects that will have a direct impact on the ongoing growth of Oceaneering. This position is full-time hybrid, and the applicant must be able to work in the Hanover, Maryland office at least three days a week.

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in transitioning to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and testing new ways to fully utilize our new ERP system.
- Develop training materials for new ERP.
- Develop new Inspection Plans supporting Production.
- Perform data analysis on nonconformance data to highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency while reducing errors.
- Collaborate with Projects on root cause analysis investigations.
- Support Supplier Quality initiatives.
- Monitor process metrics and facilitate corrective actions.
- Complete other quality control and quality assurance projects as assigned.
REQUIRED:
- Current enrollment in accredited college or university pursing a degree. Applicants should be completing their sophomore or junior year.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Academic excellence and extracurricular activities.
