This oceanfront, all-suite hotel reopened in July 2019 after undergoing a $35 million complete transformation. La Monique, our newly renovated restaurant with a brand-new concept and dining room design by Martin Brudnizki. The restaurant will feature a refreshed dining concept inspired by Santa Monica’s lush natural beauty. The How…
While no prior experience in a related role is required, some experience in a fine dining environment is helpful in understanding and acclimating to the restaurant's food service delivery program.
Your strong organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively work with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This will allow you to deliver a high-quality service program and ensure guest satisfaction.
Your friendly, efficient, and high-touch approach is perfect for engaging guests and team members. You appropriately address guest concerns and escalate complaints as needed. Still, you can maintain and enforce company standards regarding operational processes and procedures related to the hotel’s food and beverage outlets.
The Details…
You will work a full-time hospitality schedule, defined by operational needs, which includes weekends and holidays.
Must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards, which include meeting the hotel’s dress code, no visible tattoos while wearing a uniform, no unnatural hair colors, no piercings other than one pair of earrings, and neatly groomed facial hair.

New employees accrue 40 hours of vacation in the first year and earn up to 40 hours of paid sick leave per year. Salary : $22 - $23
