Do you currently own and operate a cleaning business and have room in your schedule for additional weekday projects?
Ocean Views Cleaning LLC is looking to partner with established local cleaning business owners who would like to take on additional move-out, move-in, and deep-cleaning projects throughout Northwest Florida.
This opportunity is specifically for independent cleaning businesses, not individuals seeking traditional hourly employment.
Who We’re Looking For
You should:
- Own and actively operate your own cleaning business
- Have an LLC or other registered business entity
- Carry your own general liability insurance
- Provide your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Have reliable transportation
- Have professional residential cleaning experience
- Be comfortable completing move-out, move-in, and deep cleans independently
- Have weekday availability for additional projects
- Be able to provide before-and-after photos and follow detailed cleaning standards
How the Partnership Works
Ocean Views Cleaning brings in the client and provides the project details and scope of work.
When we have a project available, we will contact our contractor partners with the job details, date, location, and contractor pay.
You are free to accept or decline projects based on your availability.
This is ideal for cleaning business owners who already have their own clients but want additional work to fill open days in their schedule.
Important
This is an independent business-to-business contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, insurance, supplies, equipment, transportation, and staffing.
We are looking to build long-term relationships with dependable local cleaning companies that take pride in detailed, professional work.
Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
