PLEASE NOTE: Current OVSD classified employees may not hold two permanent job assignments. If you are already a permanent employee for the District and are interested in working more hours you may either submit a transfer request form to the Classified Personnel office or inquire about becoming a substitute in the same or other classifications, in addition to your permanent assignment.

We reserve the right to limit the number of candidates to those deemed most qualified for the particular vacancy, based upon application screening and test scores.

There will be an application screening for the position to verify that the minimum qualifications (education & experience) have been satisfied. We will email you via www.edjoin.org to advise you if you may participate in the written exam. All candidates will be required to provide a photo ID with their signature at the test site. You will be contacted via email though www.edjoin.org. Candidates must pass each portion of the exam in order to proceed in the recruitment and be placed on the eligibility list.

Written Exam: OVSD tests on Wednesdays. Once you have applied, it has been determined that your application is complete, and you have met the minimum qualifications, you will receive an invitation to test via email with the date of the exam.
