What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Maintenance Crew Member position at Ocean View Landscape Management?
Join a dynamic, fast growing team looking to expand our workforce and customer base. We are looking for experienced, customer-focused crew members to join a 3 member team. Crew Members operate a variety of lawn maintenance equipment at both residential and commercial properties.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Lawn Maintenance crew members perform maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning and clean up.
- Operate power equipment including various sized stand behind power mowers, gas-powered edger/trimmers, gas-powered backpack blower, hedge trimmers, pole saws and chain saws.
- Position requires physical activity and heavy lifting including unloading trucks and moving plants and material up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
