Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or financial services.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and managing cash management procedures.
• Assist customers with retail sales, including product selection, upselling, and providing detailed product information.
• Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options, processing loan applications, and assisting with loan collections when necessary.
• Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, customer accounts, and financial software updates with precision.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are attractive.
• Handle basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts to ensure accuracy at all times.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus; familiarity with retail lending processes is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in basic math, including retail math and 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
• Experience handling cash transactions, cashiering duties, and cash drawer management with accuracy.
• Ability to process cash transactions quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial software systems used for sales tracking or loan processing is beneficial.
