Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards for fine dining
- Assist in the development of menu items to ensure variety and quality of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients
- Use knife skills and culinary techniques to produce high-quality dishes efficiently
- Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate needs for replenishment or substitutions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold excellent food safety standards throughout all aspects of food preparation and service
