Job Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Basic working knowledge and use of tools, general knowledge of plumbing and electric are required. You will help ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment as well as maintaining the appearance of the building and property.
Morning shift: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Duties
- Perform Pool routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Perform building maintenance tasks as assigned by management
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members, under the direction of your supervisor, to complete larger maintenance projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
