The Role
We are seeking a mental health clinician who is passionate about working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, children, couples, and families. You’ll have the opportunity to tailor your caseload by choosing from individual therapy, group therapy, psychological testing, or any combination that aligns with your interests and strengths. This full-time hybrid position offers the ideal balance of autonomy and support. Qualifications
· Licensed (or working towards licensure) in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
· Active malpractice insurance
· Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care
· Bilingual is preferred
· Competency in working with Substance Abuse is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly Rate: Starting at $55-70 p/hour (commensurate with experience and credentials)
· Earning Potential: $66,000 – $200,000 annually
