Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned projects safely and professionally
• Review the project scope and identify potential issues before proceeding
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Communicate progress, questions, and potential changes promptly
• Produce craftsmanship that meets our company’s quality standards
• Work independently while collaborating effectively on larger projects
• Treat every customer and property with respect

Typical Projects:

• Interior and exterior carpentry
• Drywall repair and painting
• Trim, molding, and door installation
• Deck construction and repair
• Flooring and siding repairs
• Restoration work and general home repairs
• Multi-item residential punch lists

Qualifications:

• At least three years of professional residential repair, remodeling, or construction experience
• Strong working knowledge of multiple residential trades
• Own professional tools and a reliable work vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and smartphone
• Ability to work from ladders and lift approximately 50 pounds
• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
• Ability to provide a W-9 and required contractor documentation
• References and photographs of previous work are strongly preferred
