Front Desk Associate - Ocean Pacific Lodge

The Ocean Pacific Lodge is seeking a charismatic, friendly and reliable Guest Service Host. The Guest Service Host is responsible for the daily activities at the front desk and the communication with each appropriate hotel department. This role provides the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Job Description (include, but not limited to):

Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently and in a professional manner, informing guests of hotel's facilities at time of registration (ie: Pool hours, etc)

Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette including relaying accurate information and creating reservations

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues/conflicts

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and prior hotel experience preferred.

Time management and multi-tasking skills

Effective communication and ability to handle conflicts

Shifts: 2:30pm-10:30pm, 3x/week (weekend availability required)

Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
