Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeping Assistant, located in Toms River, NJ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Bookkeeping Assistant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, assisting with accounting activities, and supporting day-to-day finance and bookkeeping tasks. Other responsibilities include maintaining records in accounting software and ensuring accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Statements and familiarity with general Finance concepts
- Proficiency in Accounting and Bookkeeping practices
- Hands-on knowledge of Accounting Software for financial reporting and record-keeping
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment
