What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic food service team
- Oversee daily operations across multiple food locations
- Create an exceptional guest experience through quality food and service
- Help introduce exciting new menu items and food concepts
- Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and cost control
- Work with vendors and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high operational standards at all times
