Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met while delivering quality results.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality or residential environment; supervisory experience is highly desirable.
