Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Lube Technician to perform vehicle maintenance services including fluid changes, tire rotations, and inspections. This role requires attention to detail, customer service focus, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle service tasks such as checking and replacing fluids, filters, and related parts
- Rotate tires and conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles during service
- Complete required documentation in compliance with company and safety standards
- Support shop operations by assisting with inventory stocking and maintaining a safe work environment
- Follow all shop policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
- Attend all required trainings, meetings, and educational sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time position based at our Whittier location. The role requires physical activity such as bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects. A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Safety-conscious and able to follow policies and procedures
