Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY: The SST Coordinator works cooperatively with the Federal Programs/Intervention Coordinator to align and strengthen systems of student support and intervention. The role oversees the Student Success Team, which includes RTI/Child Find processes for TK–12 students. The SST Coordinator serves as a central collaborative hub, working closely with administrators, counselors, special education staff, ESs, teachers, and families to ensure compliance, clarity, and continuity of services. The role requires strong systems thinking, consistent communication, and the ability to manage complex, time-intensive processes with professionalism and care, in accordance with the organization’s Guiding Principles.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: - Application - Current Resume - Letter of Interest - Copy of Transcript - Credential Copy (Proof of a valid Teaching Credential is required.) Applications not accompanied with the above required materials will not be considered. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of Tuberculosis (TB) tests every four years; and passing the relevant Department of Justice (DOJ) background review.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Bachelor’s degree - Credentials/Certifications: Valid California teaching credential required. - Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of teaching or related educational experience, including experience supporting student intervention, academic planning, or Tier 2/Tier 3 support processes.
