About Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association

Founded in 1869, Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association (OGCMA) is one of the longest-active camp meeting sites in the United States. Rooted in a Wesleyan-Holiness theological heritage, OGCMA is a vibrant, year-round Christian community on the New Jersey shore. Our mission is to be the seaside community where all generations can know and grow in Jesus — through worship, education, cultural programming, and recreational activities in a beautiful coastal setting.

As a trustee-led ministry, the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association is guided by a Board of Trustees that regularly oversees the organization's mission, vision, and ministry priorities. The Program Director serves under this governance structure, ensuring that all programming reflects the values and strategic direction established by the Board.
