``` Dishwasher Duties: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Sweep or scrub floors - Clean garbage cans with water or steam - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars - Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time - Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures - Excellent teamwork and communication skills Skills: - Bussing - Restaurant - Hotel - Catering - Food preparation - Cleanliness and sanitation practices in a kitchen setting.
