What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clinic partners
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of fertility medications
- Communicate with empathy and clarity—by phone, email, and chat
- Verify insurance, assist with billing, and support order processing
- Prioritize tasks with care and precision in a high-volume setting
What You Bring
- Prior experience in customer service required (call center or healthcare preferred)
- Pharmacy background is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, calculate basic math, and stay detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing 45 wpm
- Must be able to work on-site, Monday–Friday alternating weekends
